Every capability on this page is a surface of the same evidence engine: never a separate product. The order below is fixed and never varies: no step is skipped, reordered or run alongside the next.
Where a disclosure is bound: a document, or a meeting whose link is revealed only after acceptance.
Register an NDA without a meeting: signers verify their identity (Google account, personal link or passkey) and accept; the evidence package is sealed and secured with blockchain anchoring. Optional company and role fields flow into the certificate.
A patented system: the Google Meet link is shown only after the participant has accepted the NDA, and anyone in the call who has not accepted is flagged to the host. A visible C-NDA bot witnesses the meeting. Live on Google Meet in early access; Microsoft Teams and Zoom are on the roadmap.
What turns a protected exchange into evidence that outlives it.
Every evidence package is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint and anchored on a public blockchain, immediately and with its own transaction. The technical details are on the Security page.
The meeting recording is transcribed automatically and sealed, declared as automatic; the transcript is referenced in the certificate. Coverage gaps, if any, are declared in the certificate, not hidden.
Pro meetings include an AI-drafted summary, clearly labelled as derived content: the transcript remains the evidence.
What a third party can check, and what you keep for yourself.
Every certificate can be checked publicly (existence, integrity, blockchain anchor) with no account. Holders of the evidence package can recompute the fingerprint themselves: verification does not require trusting us.
Every certificate with its status, parties, date and transaction ID: searchable, filterable, downloadable as PDF and evidence ZIP. Corrections create a new certificate in a revision chain, never silent edits.
The parts nobody asks for by name, and everything else rests on.
Data stored in the EU (database in Frankfurt), encrypted at rest. What goes on-chain is only a cryptographic hash: it reveals nothing about names or contents.
C-NDA is a progressive web app: install it from your browser on desktop or mobile. Your participants never install anything: the protection lives in the flow, not in a plugin.
