Evidence, not promises.

C-NDA Protocol is built by WitUp Ltd. It exists to close a gap that is easy to describe and hard to live with: confidentiality is agreed everywhere and proven almost nowhere.

Why we exist

Every day, high-value conversations (investor pitches, due diligence, advice on an invention, commercial negotiations) happen over video with no evidentiary protection at all. The NDA, when there is one, is signed somewhere else, before or after, with weak signatures and no verifiable link to what was actually said.

When a dispute comes, what counts is not what was promised. It is what can be demonstrated: who accepted what, when, and whether the record has stayed intact since. We build the registry that makes that demonstration ordinary.

What we are building

C-NDA Protocol is not a tool that protects meetings. It is the place where NDAs are registered. The protected video call, a patented system in which participants accept the NDA before the meeting link is shown to them, is the most valuable and most defensible entrance to that idea, not its boundary.

Everything runs on one evidence engine: identification, binding, canonical hash, blockchain anchor, certificate, public verification. Documents, meetings and whatever comes next are surfaces of the same engine, never separate products.

How you can check us

We ask no one to take our word. Every certificate we issue can be confirmed, or contradicted, by whoever holds it, without our help and without our permission. It is the only claim on this site you can test yourself in a few minutes.

  1. 01

    The package is canonical

Every protection produces a JSON evidence package serialised deterministically (RFC 8785). The same facts always produce the same bytes, on any machine, in any order they were written.

  2. 02

The hash is yours to recompute

The package is sealed with SHA-256. Run the hash on the file you hold and you get the number printed on the certificate, or you do not, and then you know something is wrong.

  3. 03

    The anchor is public

That hash is written to a public blockchain, Polygon. The transaction is readable on a block explorer we do not run, cannot edit and cannot take down.

  4. 04

    Nothing you need is ours

The whole check runs on a published standard, RFC 8785 and SHA-256, and on a chain we neither own nor can edit, with tools already on your machine. What you have to trust in order to rely on a certificate is not our code and not our goodwill: it is arithmetic anyone can redo.

The rules we build under

Not values on a wall. Constraints on the code: each one checkable against how the product behaves.

The binding comes first, always

In a scheduled protected meeting the meeting link is not hidden or obscured: it is never sent until the NDA has been accepted. Anyone in the call who has not accepted is flagged to the host and recorded in the event log.

The sequence never changes

Protected link, identity and agreement, meeting, sealed evidence, verification. No step is skipped, reordered or run alongside the next one: not even to make the experience smoother.

Evidence is tamper-evident, gaps are declared

After anchoring, the package cannot be edited: a correction produces a new certificate in a revision chain. If the witness bot loses coverage during a call, the gap is written into the certificate rather than left out of it.

Nothing we publish is unprovable

No invented numbers, no borrowed certifications, no metrics measured on users we do not have. When something is in build, we say it is in build: the roadmap is public and you can hold us to it.

What we are not

A page about a company is more useful for what it rules out than for what it promises.

Not another video platform
We do not ask anyone to change the tool they already use. C-NDA works alongside Google Meet, with Microsoft Teams and Zoom on the roadmap.
Not a security certification
We are not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certified, and we will not print a badge we do not hold. What we can describe is what we actually do: data hosted in the EU, row-level security on every table, secrets that never reach the browser, signed webhooks.
Not a company with customer logos
Document protection is live; meetings run on Google Meet, early access. In place of testimonials there is the public registry: certificates you can check one at a time.
Not a law firm
C-NDA produces evidence. What that evidence is worth in a given jurisdiction is a question for a lawyer, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Twenty-five years in digital marketing, and a working life spent on the same question from different angles: how a new technology reaches people without asking them to become someone else first.

He is founder of the Human Driven AI Summit and Editorial Director of The Patent Magazine; as Innovation Manager at MoreGlobe he brought augmented reality into publishing and education. He has worked with Regione Campania, the Giffoni Creative Award and sports clubs, across AR, VR, AI and human-centred innovation.

The thread through all of it is what he calls techno-philanthropy: ethical AI in the service of people, and the plain explanation of how it works. C-NDA is that idea applied to something narrower and harder, making a promise of confidentiality into something anyone can check.

The genesis of the mark

The C-NDA rosette is born from the seven generative centres of the Flower of Life, distilled into the guilloché rosette that has certified documents for centuries. Each petal is a symbolon: a disc split between the parties, whose halves, reunited, prove the agreement. The seed precedes the flower, as the agreement precedes the entry.
